• Use our services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to access the source code of our apps or services.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services or use automated means to access them.

2. User-Generated Content

2.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our apps (e.g., recordings in VoiceNotes, countdown events in Timely).

2.2 License to Use

By using our services, you grant GlassFlag a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

2.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Containing viruses or harmful code.

3. App-Specific Terms

VoiceNotes

• All transcriptions are processed locally on your device unless you explicitly share them.
• It is your responsibility to obtain permission to record audio where required by law.
• GlassFlag is not responsible for lost or deleted audio files or transcripts.

Timely

• Event data and widgets are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or sync them.
• GlassFlag is not responsible for missed events or countdown inaccuracies.

ArtFrame

• Artwork and display preferences are stored locally unless synced by the user.
• GlassFlag is not responsible for display interruptions caused by device or network issues.

Puttly

• Player names, scores, and round data are stored locally unless synced using iCloud.
• GlassFlag is not responsible for scoring errors or lost round data.

Pulse

• Health-related inputs (such as habits, goals, and reflections) are user-provided and stored locally unless synced.
• Pulse is not intended to provide medical advice. You should consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.

Budgetly

• Financial data you enter (such as categories, transactions, and budgets) is stored locally unless synced.
• Budgetly does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1 Premium Features

Certain features in VoiceNotes, Timely, Pulse, and Budgetly may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

4.2 Billing

• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlassFlag, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue.
• Any harm resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.

7. Intellectual Property

GlassFlag owns all intellectual property rights to the services, including the website, apps, logos, and trademarks. You may not use these without prior written permission.

GlassFlag reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice if you violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to our services or other users.
